Returns & Exchanges
At Dressed in Lala, we want you to feel bold and confident in your pieces; if your order isn't a perfect match, you can return items within 30 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached to be eligible for a return.
Visit the Returns Portal
Head over to our online returns center and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.
Select Your Items
Choose the specific items you wish to return or exchange and select the reason from the dropdown menu.
Print and Pack
Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
